Our few days filming with Robson Green and team last May went on air on the 7th of February, and it’s safe to say that the feature was absolutely fantastic!
We loved seeing Skokholm and the wardens on prime time televison, and the entire programme did a superb job of showing just how special our Pembrokeshire coastline really is!
You can still watch the episode back by following the link below, we hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
After a hugely successful 2016 season we’d like to wish a very happy new year to all our customers, both new and existing, and thank you all for making it such a great year!
We’re looking forward to a fantastic 2017 with lots of exciting projects ahead, and can’t wait to share some magical experiences with you all!
It was a very exciting couple of days for all of us both on the boats and on the island, with Robson Green and team in the area filming for their new TV show ‘Tales from the Coast’.
We took the crew across to Skokholm, through the mist, where they spent a day and night with Richard and Jiselle (the wardens) experiencing all that the island has to offer. The crew has to be one of the best we’ve ever worked with, and we’re massively looking forward to seeing the finished product when it airs in the new year! We’ll keep you posted with more details!
Landing on Skokholm
Even managed a couple of cheeky photos with the boys!
New for 2016 – the latest addition to our fleet ‘Dale Nelson‘.
Hand built by our very own boat building team, she’s the ultimate offshore motor cruiser. We’re now putting her to use as a luxury charter vessel, providing private charters and offshore wildlife watching trips . . .
With twin 420hp engines she cruises comfortably at 20 knts, and has a top speed of 28 knts.
Her deep semi-displacement hull provides a superbly smooth and stable ride, and she handles even the roughest sea conditions with ease.
On board there is both indoor and outdoor seating for up to 12 passengers & 2 crew, with a large heated cabin and full toilet facilities.
She is equipped with the latest in navigation and safety equipment, and licensed for up to 60 miles offshore.
Her large fore-deck provides the perfect viewing platform for offshore wildlife watching, while her aft cockpit opening out onto to a bathing platform provides the perfect place to relax.
We are now taking bookings for the 2016 season . . . call us on 01646 603109 to find out more!
The first Puffin of the season was spotted on the 13th March, bobbing just off the North Coast of Skokholm Island. The season is almost here, and we can’t wait to see them arrive in their thousands!
We were very lucky to have a beautiful day with calm seas over the weekend, offering the perfect weather window to get the Skokholm Island wardens back to their home for the season. A huge thank you to all the volunteers involved!
