Grassholm

Grassholm Island
Grassholm is situated 11 miles offshore, and is home to more than 39,000 breeding pairs of Gannet. It is the only gannet colony in Wales and also one of the largest in the world. There are always 1000's of birds in the air diving headlong into the sea from all angles and from great heights. On the journey to Grassholm it is not uncommon to see porpoise and occasionally dolphins feeding between the islands, seals are often seen basking in the sunshine along the rocky crags of Grassholm. We recommend you bring your camera as it is a sight not to be missed
Come and experience the amazing sights of this remote wildlife sanctuary on the "Dale Princess" or the high speed "Sea Safari" and see all that this wonderful island has to offer.
